Kristin Botello brings 30 years of teaching experience to Justice Labs. She is currently the principal of Animo Jackie Robinson Charter High School and has served as a school leader in Los Angeles for the last 13 years.

Eran DeSilva has Masters in Teaching from University of San Francisco and has been in education for 18 years. She currently is the Director of Professional Development and a Social Studies teacher at Notre Dame High School, San Jose.

Milton Reynolds is a career educator, counselor and curriculum design specialist with over 25 years of classroom experience. He has led reform initiatives in the areas of education, community development and response, and law enforcement.

Trevor Gardner has been an educator in the Bay Area for 20 years. He has taught high school English and history and has worked at multiple levels of school leadership. He is currently the Director of Teaching and Learning at ARISE High School in East Oakland. Trevor is also the author of Discipline Over Punishment: Successes and Struggles with Restorative Justice in Schools.
